Your order is typically processed, printed, and prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days before being handed over to our shipping partners.

We ship to most countries worldwide including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most European countries.

Safe Delivery

All canvas prints are carefully packaged in sturdy protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Estimated delivery date

International Shipping Information

When shipping internationally, please be aware of the following:

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs Clearance

International shipments may experience delays due to customs clearance procedures. These delays are beyond our control and should be taken into consideration when placing your order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any apartment numbers, postal codes, and contact phone numbers to avoid delivery issues or delays.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Lost Packages

If your tracking information hasn't updated for more than 7 days or indicates a delivery issue, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate address changes before the order ships. Once the package is in transit, address changes may not be possible.
